why do you keep posting houses that are so expensive. where are the foreclosure homes in these area? where are the homes for under $150,000.

I appreciate your interest in my blog however, in the LA area there are very few properties under $150k. You can find properties in Palmdale and Lancaster for those prices but not around West Hollywood, West LA or East Los Angeles unless you are searching for a one bedroom condo.
Most of the lower price points you must come in with all cash or be beat out by investors. You must also move quickly.
